A concurrent dual-band low noise amplifier (LNA) for GSM1800 and wireless LAN applications is presented in this paper. The LNA is designed based on CSM (chartered semiconductor manufacturing) 0.25 /spl mu/m CMOS technology, which has better integration feasibility as well as lower cost compared with GaAs technology.
