Abstract
In order to improve the dynamic performance of the machinery, it is important to acquire comprehensive dynamical balancing of the machinery. However, the influence of the rotational speed on the parameters of dynamical balancing hasn't been considered in the traditional methods. In this paper, the rotational speed has become an important factor in dynamical balancing problems. The tendency of the technology indexes can be obtained which include vibration force, vibration moment, reacting force and input torque. Based on Virtual Prototyping (VP) technology which integrates CAD, CAE and visual technologies, etc., these indexes become the optimized goals and can be acquired conveniently. At last, a crank-slider machine has been simulated according to this method. The engineering application demonstrates the feasibility and practicability for the actual dynamical balancing of the machinery.
