Abstract

Amorphous materials Artificial intelligence Crystallization Dielectric substrates Optical films Optical refraction Optical variables control Production Reflectivity Sputtering
The Sb/sub 2/Te/sub 3/ and Sb additional layers were used as the additional layer of the initialization-free DVD-RAM optical storage disk. The initialization-free DVD-RAM disks were deposited by a Balzers Cube sputtering system. The results of the reflectivity, X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), static properties and dynamic properties of disks have showed that the Sb/sub 2/Te/sub 3/ film is better than the Sb film for the initialization-free GeSbTe DVD-RAM disk.
