Abstract

We demonstrated that depositing C 60 film on graphene nanoribbons greatly enhance the electron trapping efficiency. As a result, the graphene nanoribbon photodetectors with C 60 layer exhibits high responsivity of ~0.4 A/W under infrared laser (10 μm) illumination at room temperature.
