An on-chip Coarse wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM) has been designed, fabricated and experimentally measured, yielding 9 multiplexed wavelength channels spanning S+C+L band. The average channel crosstalk is −25 dB. All channels cover the CWDM central wavelengths stipulated by ITU standard.
