Abstract
The outbreak of pandemic Covid-19 has developed a new norm in the society whereby there is a need to ensure that members of society are free of the coronavirus symptoms by doing frequent temperature check and identity scan during entrance to certain area. This method is very inefficient as it will put the operators in risk of getting infected and hence, the virus was able to spread fast and wildly to different people in the society. This paper will discuss the possibility to track such outbreak with face recognition technology that is buffed with Artificial Intelligent (AI) and data collection. The accuracy of this system’s prototype has been tested and able to perform at 70% success and this rate will increase over time with data collection. This system is very commercial sable as it has over S$30 million market valuation in Singapore and there is even bigger market valuation in the rest of the world.
