Abstract
In the new age of technology, passive objects are increasingly designed to become smart devices that help humans make their work more convenient. One such opportunity that has room for exploration is the smart door lock or intuitive access systems to enhance security. Since the traditional lock and key mechanisms are becoming redundant, smart locks are quickly replacing access systems. They also serve to protect property, personal belonging, money and commercial and residential premises. This paper discusses the convenient solutions that can increase security with intuitive design. The two-level authentication approach provides a reliable access solution by incorporating both the benefits of GSM and RFID technology. The Arduino microcontroller is applied in the security system to control the entire system. The LCD and keypad are used as a platform for the user interface. GSM functions by sending a unique encrypted code to the individual, prompting the user to access the code on a keypad to gain access. A buzzer is triggered if there is any wrong input of the code or any intrusion by an unregistered user. This proposal supports the recommendation of using this product because of its ease of installation in many environment settings without any complex internal mechanism in place. Furthermore, it allows the developer to control and monitor the condition of the access points remotely.
