Abstract
This thesis preparation seeks to research on the factors that affects the development of a new sustainable underground ecosystem on different scales. On a macro scale, factors includes important infrastructures and concepts of building a sustainable city and on a micro scale, it involves factors that would make the underground experience more pleasant. The goal of the thesis is to create an underground ecosystem which is fully functional and liveable, promoting a more sustainable future without compromising on the quality of living : safety, health, convenience and comfort.
