Abstract
Cities, under our usual impression, is rooted to the ground topography. Urban programs and infrastructure have always been developed horizontally. As rising population escalates the problem of land scarcity, some city planners already envision a future scenario where people reside in skyscrapers with all their essential needs fulfilled. With the development in construction technic and drone technology, future proof design thinking would be considering a possibility which is, could cities be planned and developed vertically?
