Abstract
A dual-band bandpass filter with high selectivity is proposed. The filter is composed of two parts: 1. two embedded spiral resonators with a non 0 degrees-feed coupled scheme, 2. a broadside-coupled meander slot-line. This structure can introduce seven transmission zeros to achieve strong passband selectivity and good stopband rejection. Based on the structure, a dual-band bandpass filter is fabricated to operate at the WLAN bands (i.e. 2.4/5.2 GHz).
